Geek Squad — Local services in Hempfield Township

The folks here are very respectful and very helpful. I have seen a few angry people come in time to time while there. Each time however those angry customers were treated with a lot of respect even though they were very rude with the employees. I have had a few minor problems here and there, but they have done their best to help me over the years.

If you need to drop off your computer for repair please make an appointment. In this way you will get the undivided attention you need to address any problems you have with your device. I consider these folks truly professional in how they conduct business and I would recommend them anytime you need help with your electronic products.

I know some have made complaints about various things, but overall I challenge you to find a company locally that will do what they do in regards to computer work and other electronic work. Considering all they do there you are getting everything for a very reasonable price. Example: Total tech support covers all devices in your home pretty much for a few hundred dollars annually. Good luck finding that somewhere else where they actually do the work properly.

Overall, you are better dealing with people face to face rather than online in regards to things like computer repair. This is always the place I will recommend. They did some difficult work for me over the years. I know more than the average computer user, yet even I lack knowledge in regards to some things. That is why I go to them when I can't personally fix a problem.
