The way this business handles customer service is beyond unprofessional. First, I get a call from my significant other (who was at the location to order us food) explaining that a particular employee was refusing to give him a new bowl because she put rice in one that he asked for no rice for (mind you people have food allergies, if you refuse to honor a simple request, expect to be sued by the next customer who's allergic to something you cross contaminated). Next, I call the location and get in touch with someone from corporate who asks me my problem, then I get cut off to an automated system with a star rating when I was in the middle of talking to her. Finally, I speak with someone from the direct location who explains he'll be speaking with this individual. Not how can I make it better? Can I take your name and offer you a free drink next time with your meal? I've worked in fast food for 4 years. If a customer received their full order, but was still unsatisfied with their service it was my responsibility to offer them something on us. We would NEVER let a customer walk out the door angry without trying to compensate their service or offering their money back. This employee will most likely not be addressed, or will get a slap on the wrist and be told to be nicer next time while we as the customers paid for a bowl with cross contaminated food in it and got an employee continuously saying "I can't do that I, don't have time for that we're busy." If I EVER spoke to a customer like that I wouldn't have a job the next day. If you're having a bad day, take 2 minutes and walk away or quit your job if it's so hard for you to handle being polite to someone who asked nicely...
Read moreI rarely write reviews, but this place is terrible... worst Chipotle ever. The place was dirty, garbages overflowing, counters covered, floors sticky and gross, every table needed wiped down. The lady serving informed me the only way to get chicken on my quesadilla was to order through the mobile app (seriously?). I was never rude and just asked, "seriously?" She huffed and said she would ask a manager... and then never came back to inform me of the decision or even serve me. The cherry ok top was when I finished my meal and noticed that the gentleman that was condensing the drive through foods with the main food line, used his gloved hand that he previously touched everything with, SCOOP out the food into the other container. The gloves aren't magical. You still get germs from touching everything. You use a utensil to scoop food- not your hand. Sooo gross! Avoid his Chipotle until someone cleans this place up and makes a clean environment with friendly staff a priority.

Read moreI ordered on the app to pick up via drive through at 2:20. I got there at 2:20 and didn’t get my food until 2:36ish even though there were only four cars ahead of me. The line did not move at all for at least ten minutes after I got there and who knows how long before that. When I got to the window, they forgot my drink (they’ve done that to me before). When the employee did give me my drink their was soda on top of the lid and running down the cup, and he handed it to me (almost shoved, really) at an angle so soda spilled over my hand.
I ordered three crunchy tacos with steak, salsa, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. The food was cold. There was barely any protein, and one of the tacos didn’t even have lettuce on it. I had to take some from the other two for it. There were also no napkins in the bag even though I checked the box for napkins and utensils to be included, so I had nothing to wipe off the soda on my hand.
