If I could give a zero I would.. I had purchased a shirt at the JC Penney in Indiana PA but was in Greensburg PA for other business…I stopped at the Service Desk in the Men’s Department downstairs the woman that works there along with another woman that works there were in a conversation…before I got to say anything you can return it at another department…I said I do not want to return it just wondering if you had this shirt here , the answer was if you do not see it we do not have it…I said no worries I will take it back to Indiana and proceeded to walk away…as I was walking the one salesperson made a snide comment…my comment back was I guess you 2 are more interested in your conversation than helping a customer…I will never shop in that...

Why the charade?
