We walked in needing a shirt for homecoming, and I held my breath as in the past it has been a woman "helping" us. Her attitude left much to be desired, but there arent any other big and tall options. On this day, Hunter was there and he was phenomenal. He greeted us right away in a welcoming manner (not used to that) and asked us if we needed help. He measured my son and helped him, and we ended up leaving with two shirts instead of one (as well as a few tshirts for my husband) thanks to Hunter advising us of a current promotion. Much better experience than it had been in the past. The store is clean and bright, and there are no scents to offend those with sensitive noses. We went on Friday evening to find my husband clothes for a wedding we were attending Saturday. I had ordered him clothes on line from somewhere else and they never came in. When we got to the store I noticed that their sizes only go up to 6x they had a few 7x things but not many. My husband usually wears 8x so I got a little concerned. We talked to the saleswoman (Hannah) and she told me not to worry we would find him something. She asked about the event and what we were looking for and started putting together an outfit. The first one was fine but the shirt was to short. She knew exactly what he needed the next shirt was perfect and she swapped the black pants for khakis. The whole process only took 30 minutes.
