Henderson City Hall — Local services in Henderson

Came for passport services June 2023. They do not accept appointments and have limited openings. I recommend calling first to check if they can take you. That’s what I did before I drove over there around 11am. Be prepared to spend a few hours here. I checked in around 11:45am, did not leave until 3pm.

Park at the garage on Lead & Basic (visitor entrance is on Basic, employee entrance on Lead). Parking is free and it’s just a few steps away from the building entrance. Go downstairs and check in at the desk. They’ll take your phone number so you can receive text updates. There are numerous chairs if you want to stay inside and wait. A desk area is available under the stairs. There was someone that had their laptop charging by the wall so good to know.

I walked towards the Lifeguard Arena and went upstairs. They have Makenzie River Restaurant so I hung out there for a while and ate. They do have plugs by the bar so I took advantage and charged my phone while I ate (score!)

Bring in all you paper work and supporting documents and you’ll be fine. I had the forms filled out & printed from home. They can take your photos on site if needed. I paid for the photos by credit card and the actual passport part by personal check.
