I had to return some heels that i honestly wasnt going to keep, no receipt. Waited for the maneger about 15 mins. I decided to start my shopping and later get the return done. Finally got to the return and had to get merchandise credit due to the fact that i had no receipt. She didnt tell me i was only getting .50cents back for my heels . When i saw my receipt i obviously wanted my heels back. I was told i had to pay for them in order to get them back. Due to the policy, spoke with manager and was told nothing could be done but to pay for them again. I asked how much and she said 25.00 . So idk why I only got back .50cents back. I was not okay with paying 25.00 when those shoes had already been paid. Keep im mind the original price was 25.00 .
