By far a hidden gem! Scott in corporate office was awesome found my ring and had it sent to the closest store! Joe the mgr was FANTASTIC he took the time to go through all of the rings to make sure I was 110% happy with our purchase. There were two other ladies there I'm sorry I can't remember their names they were amazing as well I'm so happy we found them to buy my ring! THANK YOU!!

For years I had a diamond pendent and earring set and two diamond bands that rolled so much they were unwearable. After remounting the three stones from the meh settings they were in and remaking the entire thing into one beautiful piece at Saslow’s, they have been transformed from meh to marvelous! Thank you Saslow’s!!

I Went To Saslows Yesterday January 2 2025 To Get Me A Battery For My Watch. I Ask The Lady About There Diamond Earrings She Showed Me What They Had One Pair Of Diamond Cluster Earrings Got My Eye I Ask Sandra The Nice Young Lady That Waited On Me About The Whole Diamond Earrings But Of Course They Were Above My Budget But The Cluster Diamond Earrings Was On Sale Sandra Was Very Polite And Gave Me Some Choices That I Could Do She Made It Easy SO I Got The Diamonds Her Boss Was There She Was Helping Also They Both Had Good Customer Service I Had Got My Battery For My Watch Sandra Tired To Change The Time But The Hands On The Clock Would Not Move I Was A Little Upset That Watch Has Sentimental Values To Me The Boss Came Over Got The Watch I Do know what She Did But My Watch Is Backing.I Say All If That To Say Both Of Those Ladies That Was There Yesterday At Saslows In Henderson On Dabney Dr. DId Very Well Me They Both Had Great Customer Service And I Appreciate...

Walking into a jewelry store to get sized for a wedding band should be a very happy and welcoming and exciting experience. I was very hurt, as was my partner, when the people at this location continually called her 'he/him'- we were very confused. I was constantly saying 'she/her' and they were blatantly ignoring it and more than that, they were still saying the wrong pronoun. This is a small town but this is the first time we have felt so out of place and looked down on for our sexuality. I hope that they see this review and make an effort to make others feel more welcomed next time.

I found this store this morning on line while having a personal emergency with a piece of my jewelry. I jammed my finger and needed to have my rings cut away as they were cutting off my circulation. I was quite anxious about this. When I arrived, I found a very well lit, nice store with a lovely selection of fine jewelry. But what really impressed me was the outstanding service I received. I was greeted promptly and my personal emergency was resolved quickly by the store manager. The next time I need jewelry, I will know...
