Yes I've had off and on bad plus good experience here, I also use to work here and I miss it more than words can explain but someone once told me.. Some people will say good things about you and some people will say bad. Like it's always been told to me ,"ignore the bad" and keep going on with your day. They all put there hearts into this restaurant and yes sometimes it can get overwhelming in there because believe it or not there's alot to do. There are many tables to wait on along with the amount of guests .Alot of those people who comes into eat ask for alot of things from the waitress and have them walking back and forth more then once and with only two people on the floor sometimes it's not always easy to get to the most important things. That's why yes it's up to the waitress to make sure when they ask the guest is there anything else they need? Then it be up to the guest to please make sure you tell your waitress everything you need. Also the guest can still tell you another thing that thet need even after the waitress gets back to the table after they just ask you the first time. Everyone has to learn, even the new workers. Also most workers needs to stay more focused on the job and off there phones or prolonging conversations. If most guest really pay attention to that and not always disrespecting the food nine times out of ten then just maybe all the workers can get it together and work as a team and have decent fast paste and don't walk like a turtle Then yes your food will be much better. Trust me not either boss is trying to be rude with there guest that comes in they are only upset with there worker because either they lost there money or someone is falling behind because the waitress don't wanna do there job point blank Overall I'm still going to love this place until the day I die. Read moreI’ve visited this establishment since linens set the tables. Then everything changed to buffet. Delicious in the beginning but over the years the food can not seem to find some heat. This is my number one complaint as no matter what time we have walked in the food is always cold now and has been for awhile. The worst experience is when a little boy picked his jello off of his plate and threw it back in the pan. I told the owner and he said something to the boy but never changed out the jello. The ice cream part that you have to bend over the cooler to scoop up ice cream always seem to find hair in it or particles that have fallen off of clothes. The ladies bathroom is a hot mess !! Open candle burning in the corner of the handicap stall. Is this not a fire hazard? Is that even legal ?? Darkness, always dark in the dining area at lunch time. I guess so you can’t see what you are eating. Now they’ve put fabric liners in the booth seats. As dirty as this place is I doubt they will find a washer to clean them. My mother and I decided today was our last day and it’s sad because the lady always takes great care of us but the food is terrible anymore and just can’t get over every dish being very cold. Like from the refrigerator to your plate. May I suggest you turn your steam tables up? Maybe arrive extra early so everyone can enjoy a hot lunch ? Maybe go back to the old days when you put linens on the tables and served hot delicious food off the menu. For the price and food quality, this is not the place anymore. Once entering this place, I noticed that there was no wonderful smell in the air. That should have been my 1st hint that this would be bad🤦🏾♀️. We visited the area and wanted to have a healthy meal instead of fast food. Because it was towards the end of lunch, I understood that the food would probably not be the freshest, but dang... everything at the buffet was dry, but the EGG DROP SOUP was the worst. It was clumpy and very gelatin-like🫣. Everything we tried to eat was BAD and had no taste😝 how do you mess up string beans? Either the cook was mad or sad or depressed because the only thing edible to me was the fried chicken and the chicken on a stick🍗. The receipt had a 15% gratuity added on it, which made me very upset considering it wasn't busy, it was the end of lunch, and it was my husband, myself and my autistic 5 year old 🤬. At the register, my husband was telling them the food was not good and still paid. As we got to our car, he said he didn't feel wel l🤢 then began to vomit 🤮. I immediately went back inside to tell them, and the owner started yelling and said he probably ate too much. #1 that is discrimination because my husband is a big man, and #2 he only had 2 plates that he didn't even finish because the food was terrible. Then the waitress comes to us and lies saying he had 5 glasses of Arnold Palmer... nope, he had 2 glasses, and one was a refill.
