I can not begin to tell you how nice everybody is that works here. In the Warm Springs location as well! Tuesday evening at the last minute we decided we wanted a new couch.

I was not sure where to go to purchase furniture. RCW, & other big box stores is not where I like to give my money to. I always seek out local establishments. I would much rather support small businesses. Plus, my tax dollars stay local. So I went to Passport.

The items they have are gorgeous. I read the "About" and was happy a business like this exists. I believe the owners are a group of designers. They do have some items to purchase on the floor. The gentleman (I completely forgot his name) explained some of the wait times for the couches with each company they represent. I believe 10 weeks might have been the wait time. Next time, we will do a custom order. Since we wanted a couch now and, being a last-minute decision, I wanted something sooner. He told me about the floor sample store on Warm Springs that I could buy off the floor. Could be the warehouse as well.

That was the next stop. BTW, since we ordered furniture 1.5 years ago, ended up waiting a year to get. No fault of anyone, but I think I might be marred by that. LOL.

It was exactly what I was looking for. I ended up buying a few things. ~ Couch ~ Iron Credenza ~ Wool foot stool ~ Mirror ~ 3 Amazing Mid-Century framed pictures ~ Couch Pillows We have an eye on a few items in the showroom.

We are more than happy with what we bought. We will be back to do custom orders. Plus, I want to see anything I might have missed.

I can not begin to explain how nice the people that work here are. People you don't find anymore. Kiana is the best! I'm happy we meet them. I'm speaking of everyone.

I no placed an order in November and was told it would be 14 weeks for my order to be complete. I was extremely hesitant to purchase the couches because I did not want to wait that long but after repeated reassurance that it would be only 14 weeks I made the purchase. I called the beginning of Feb and was told that production on my furniture would begin on Feb. 12,2021 and that the items would be on time. I called on Feb.26 to schedule the delivery of my furniture since the 14 weeks mark was Feb. 28. When I called I was told I’m that production had started on the 21st and that it would be 2 additional weeks. After voicing my frustration and asking for a definitive day that the couches would be ready I was told they would get back to me on that Monday. Never heard back also I called on March 7,2021 and was told that there was a issue with the fabric and it would be another month. I again stated I wanted a definitive date and again was told they would call me back and again I never received a call back. I’m not sure how after 16 weeks they don’t have the fabric to make my furniture but it seems to me it should have been ordered when the purchase was made!! And it’s very frustrating that I only become aware of the continual delays when I call for an update. And then still can’t get an answer!! They have beautiful furniture but they don’t keep their word and what good is their beautiful furniture if you can’t get it. So we are now going on nearly 5 months for this order and I still don’t know when...

Hands down one of the best home furnishings and design companies in town. The pieces in their showroom are exceptional and stylish and definitely reasonably priced for the design, quality and comfort.

Elissa has been phenomenal, extremely professional and most of all -- patient, as she's assisted us in every aspect of furnishing our new build -- which I'm sure has not been easy with strong differing style opinions between a husband and a wife. Through it all, she's been so helpful and accommodating and both my husband and I are so thankful and grateful for her and designing our entire house.

I've recommended Statement Home & Interior Design to our builder as well as new homeowners I meet, as I completely trust their level of service and commitment to their customers as well as the quality of their products. I will always go to them for all our furnishing and...
