Torrid — Local services in Henderson

Me and my friend walk into this store and we both say hello to the lady at the register and she says nothing back. First red flag. Now all the torrid a I have ever been at everyone has always been super nice and friendly and has always seemed eager to help anyone who walked into the store but that wasn't the case at this store. Me and my friend walked around and headed to the clearance section to pick up so winter attire since they were on "clearance" which was again not the case at this store. Everything looked as if it was worn and then returned the dresses which were still $54 had clearly been stretched out clothing from 2 seasons ago were still at their original price. If that wasn't bad enough there was a dressing room attendant who completely ignored us and we're were literally 5 feet from her. So we decided to leave. And as we were walking out another customer walked in and was greated immidately. I was completely shocked. How could an establishment like Torrid hire such rude people to represent their company. And I would normally shrug it off but this has happened the last 3 times I went to this store. If you don't want to be warm and engaging this working retail isn't for you. This store has lost all of my business along with my friends and family who shop here as well. We would rather shop somewhere else where they treate their customers better hell the forever 21 in the same mall who is not catered to plus size as well as Torrid is treated us with more customer service...

The girls there were absolutely amazing. I am 7 weeks post partum and I need shorts for the summer. I went in thinking I hadn't gained THAT much weight from my pregnancy, I was way wrong. I grabbed my old size pre pregnancy and when it didn't fit, I had an absolute meltdown and started bawling in the dressing room (damn hormones) and Christine and another lady (I'm sorry I never got your name) jumped into action and just started spouting out compliments and sharing their own stories of having their babies. It's a very nice plus size store. They have clothes for all ages. I always pass on the t-shirts that have writing on them but I always find something I like. I am in my 50s. If you find something online and it's cheaper than the store they will order it for you at the cheaper price. When you come in to pick it up you can get 10% off if you buy something else and an extra 10% off if you did the survey from your last receipt. I like to go online and put stuff that I want in my cart. Then when it goes on sale I can order it and to avoid shipping cost you can pick it up at your local store.
