This place was amazingly awesome on my most recent visit! Especially the young gentleman that served us. I'm remiss because I can't remember his name but he was very young and provided exceptional customer service.
For this order, I'd used their app for the first time and upon arrival at the scheduled time, we immediately realized there had been a mishap on the app. As in, they were closed! My heart sank. I don't get myself a Cinnabon very often anymore, mainly due to the expense and not having a location nearby, so this had been planned out and even included a Mother's Day present for my Mom. I didn't want to believe that they weren't open. Maybe I was mistaken? Yet, the lights were all off, the display cases were bare and that beautiful cinnamon aroma was not wafting through the air. Sigh. I was frustrated and put off, to say the least.
And then he appeared. And all was good. š
It took a minute but we were able to get our complete order, exactly as I'd planned and I was so impressed with the guy (kid, really) that I felt compelled to give him a big tip. He was even gracious receiving it. I hope someone reads this who can make sure his supervisors know the quality of service I received and the value in retaining such a wonderful employee. He did the near impossible - made an initially devastating experience morph into a highlight of my week....

I had a reward for my birthday, 3mini cinnamon rolls and a coffee of choice, no purchase needed. Upon redeeming it the very young girl at the cashier took forever to redeem the code so the code expired. The young girl stated she would not be able to honor my birthday promo and I explained that she seen what the promo was and it expired under her hands. I did not drive down there just to be told to visit again next year for my bday reward. She then declined me again saying she needs the promo code to give me the free items. I then stated, I can show you my ID, you clearly seen the birthday promo, you have to honor it because you let it expire, not me. And because she was giving me an attitude about it I then asked to speak to someone above, the young girl then left, spoke to them, and came back and said, they will do only the drink instead of the 3mini Cinnabons and a coffee free. She then proceeded to make me the worst coffee I had ever had from Cinnabons⦠and in general. And because I was āalready a botherā I didnāt want to bother again. I threw the drink away after the first sip. Not coming back here....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI give this place 5 stars know that Ariana was let go , every employee there is nice to us , except Ariana, we had stop going there do to her , because we had a bad experience with her and shehad very bad attitude and was Rude. I talked to Oscar the store manager and had a great talk with him ,and he was very professional,kind ,and great service . He apologized for the inconvenience and welcome us back . Thank you Oscar and the rest for the employees who are kind to us and as well very polite . We are customers there for years and love to come here for a good breakfast and get whip cream for our 2 Furry pets š. We don't mind paying for a drink or whip cream or wath ever price I have to pay ,as long as I can eat a CINAMBON with my wife and furry pets with some delicious whip cream. Thank you Oscar and the rest of the employees for your kindness . We will go continue to come here...
