My son went in and purchased a squishy, he did not realize it was the wrong one until he payed. He tried to exchange it for the one he wanted, which was a few dollars cheaper and the cashier would not exchange and give him his few dollars back, only store credit. He hadn't even left the store, and he is just a kid that made a mistake. He came and got me all upset. I went to the store to try to reason with the cashier to no avail. It just upsets me that a child went in and picked up the wrong toy, realized before he had left the store that it was wrong and he couldn't even get the few dollars back he had worked so hard for. Beware because I have seen bootleg figures/keychains sold at this store before. Not all of it is counterfeit, I've seen some authentic stuff too, you just have to be careful and know how to spot a fake. This knocks off quite a few stars for me, but I do generally enjoy this store- they have a lot of stuff you have a hard time finding elsewhere and a lot of really fun items to look through. Should have read reviews before shopping here. My 10 year old was sold a fake Labubu and when we went back the same hour we bought it, they wouldn’t refund her money. If it’s advertised as being real and after being caught it’s fake, why not just give the money back. Instead they do “store credit” and my daughter is force to get random stuff she didn’t want. I hope this store needed the money more than my daughter, because that’s the worst business...
