I don't write reviews often, unless the service was really bad. I was at Galleria Mall 7/4/24 about 2pm. Went to the counter and nobody was there. Waited for 5 minutes after saying hello! Still nobody came out. Went back to my table. Waited another 5 or more minutes, looked over, no one there. Went back up, waited and low and behold she finally showed up.(Mind you a family walked by with kids who wanted ice cream when no one was there and they just kept walking). I asked her where she was as I was up at the counter earlier as well and no one was there. The girl literally just stared at me. No, "I'm sorry, what can I help you with.", nothing! I said, Can I have a small cone. She gave it to me, not saying a word. It was like I interrupted her nap or something. If there was another ice cream place in the mall, THEY would have gotten my business. I will never go back there. I will leave the mall for my next ice cream cone. From the reviews I have seen on here, you have a problem with employees providing customer service. I can't even imagine the money you are losing by their actions. This is right up there with the worst customer service I have ever had. I think I will skip DQ altogether in the future as apparently they don't monitor there franchise...
Read moreIt's a rare occasion that actually take the time to write a comment with any business. The reason for that is I think customer service is hit an all-time low in America today. That wasn't the case tonight when I went in the dairy Queen at the galleria Mall when I was helped by two young men working the counter Jabez and Jordan. This is not one of my better days frustrating day I just wanted to get something to eat and relax for a minute it was a rough day. To make it even rougher as I placed my order I reach into my wall to get some money and there's no cash so I use my card and there's a problem with my car so I subsequently did not have enough money to order my item. Jabez reached into his own pocket and pulled out the money sufficient to place my order. No it's not just that he had the kindness to reach in his own pocket to help me out it was their professionalism and attitude. Now in my younger days when I was a successful business owner I would have just simply asked him what their salary was doubled it and stole them away from your company. Read moreI really cannot express the all time low experience I had with this location. In this time of covid and having a mask mandate in place, the employees are walking around with their masks hanging around underneath their mouths tending to customers with recklace disregard. When I asked one employee to adjust their mask to take my order, she decided to step away and make the other employee who also had his mask off take my order. I gestured to that employee to please adjust his mask as well. He did but only to slightly cover his mouth. When I asked for a number to call the manager stepped out from in the back to see me. She also had her mask not properly worn. I asked her if I could have the number of the operation manager and she refused to give it to me. I finally spoke to the operations manager named Daniel who after explaining my concerns, told me I could just go ahead and eat somewhere else.
