Love this store I go there almost every Sunday, sometimes to walk around but 99% of the time I find something I think I can not live with out. today I went in to return a pair of jeans I purchases two weeks ago trying to be frugal, they were not the best fitting nor the best quality but that's besides the point. adding to the situation I lost the receipt, I was willing to do an exchange for a better quality pair of jeans. the return desk if I had worn them or washed them? Being honest I said I washed them because you never know who may have tried them on before me, I probably watch too much 20-20 & 48 hrs. the clerk right away said they can not take back washed jeans. I asked even pre washed jean off the shelf? Not wanting to be a bad guy I asked for a manager, very nice lady. I explained the situation & asked for a swap or I'd even talk a reduced credit. Well even though the manager herself said she'd never put on clothes without washing them first, told me it is Fleet Farm policy not to return or swap out washed clothes. HMMMM let me see I should risk getting a possible disease from urine. seaman, feces, herpes so I can get a refund? Terrible store policy. again I has no receipt which was not the reason for being denied a refund??? I want to reiterate the return clerk & Manager were both very nice the whole time!!! Just a terrible store policy!!!!! I have to say if I would have lied I'd have lied I probably gotten a refund or at least an exchange, not sorry I was truthful but for this reason Fleet Farm has lost any future business...

I have an old car that is on its last year. I bought tires for it recently (not from Fleet Farm) and was going to have Fleet Farm install them all. Checking in was easy, and the staff in the morning were kind and had great customer service.
I received a phone call about 30 minutes after from a mechanic telling me that the tires I brought in were wrong. That was my fault completely and I’ll own that.
I picked up my car at the end of the day, planning to buy new tires from Fleet Farm. What I didn’t expect was getting charged $85 for nothing being done except taking the tires out of my car, and placing them back in. The worst part was that they said my keys were stuck in the ignition. My keys have never done that before. It took me two hours to finally get it out and it’s working fine. The afternoon representative was rude and very short with me which put me in a bad mood but I always try to treat everyone kind since he may have been having a bad day.
I will unfortunately not be getting tires...
Read moreUnorganized. Employees don't know where items are. When sales are advertised and you go in to find the item nobody knows what you are talking about. I have had to bring the flyer in to show employees what I'm talking about and they still can't find it and disappear for extended periods of time only to come back with no item or answers. This has happened multiple times Shipping is advertised as free this month with orders over $80 and the item in your online cart even says "free shipping promo applied at checkout" only to have a shipping charged once you actually check out. What??? When ordering online sometimes they suggest to have items shipped because of low stock in your area store and then the suggestion turns into not allowing you the option to do a pick up order even though it's listed as available for pick up. I don't care if the stock is low. If it's in stock pull it for my order. If it's out of stock send me a message saying as much and refund my order. Not that hard of a concept if the store were organized and the website was user friendly but they are...
