10 Pin Alley — Local services in Hermitage

We had my niece's 6th birthday party on Saturday, November 12th. We didn't make a reservation ahead of time and when we went in it was very busy! There were parties everywhere and we thought that we weren't going to get a lane, but just as we got there a mother and son were leaving and that opened up 2 lanes! We got settled in, paid for the lanes, paid for our food and drinks and they even set up a table for us. The first one was nasty so he took it back and got us another one. We set up, began to bowl, and have a great time! Even though they were very busy they didn't once make us feel unimportant or rushed in any way! They were very attentive and professional! We went there for a birthday party. The alley is equipped with new scoring monitors and fun graphics. They had gutterless bowling for the kids. They have shoe rental or you can bring your own bowling shoes. They also have a nice selection of bowling balls to choose from for the evening. You can get food from the alley, or there is a restaurant attached if you want to dine or order more substantial food. The staff was pleasant. Came under the impression I could use their buy one game get one free coupon on their website. Turns out their website isn’t up to date and they don’t honor the coupon so false advertising up front. Instead, they charge you a sky high hourly rate which makes no sense for couples who only want to play a game or two. Finally their new “tablet” style screens are terrible and designed to appeal to young kids. However it gives you the feature of being able to secretly message any other bowler you want at other lanes which is fantastic if you’re a child predator. So have fun kids on those nifty...
