DO NOT RENT A TUXEDO FROM HERE!!! We rented for prom three weeks before the date. We were told that the tuxedo would arrive on Monday/Tuesday, Wednesday at the latest by the sales person. The tuxedo did not arrive until Thursday afternoon and due to sporting events my son could not go into the store to try it on. My husband picked it up on Thursday evening and was informed if we needed anything, to leave a message and our call would be returned promptly. They would be checking the machine after hours. I left a message Friday morning and never received a call back. When I called back again on Friday afternoon to discuss a missing cufflink, a dress shirt that was too short and had several large snags in it, pants that were too short, I was informed by the Manager that they are very busy and that they do not have to fulfill the order until the time of the event which was Friday evening. Why was I told that we would have it in plenty of time then??? They did not inspect the order when it arrived and they knew he could not try it on in the store. I was told to stop in to get the correct sizes. Since they never bothered to call back, we were too pressed for time and were not able to stop in. Had they called back or mentioned that they had stock of items, we would have been there when they opened...

My son was in my brother's wedding and they told me when i took him to be sized that their smallest size was a 4T. The woman said that it would work because they run small and my son is big for being 2 years old. So we try it on and its looks ridiculous. The jacket and vest are way to big. So big that my son was yelling "NO, it's to big." The woman told me that i could just group it together and put a pony tail or something around it to make vest fit and then just not wear the jacket. I asked her if i could find one somewhere else if she would give me my money back. She said that all she could give me back was $20. The tux was $73 to rent. My husband and I got married this past Saturday and rented all our tuxes from here. We reserved them months in advance and had everyone measured. When they came in every single one of them was wrong in a different way! Two had wrong pants, one had the wrong colored vest, one jacket was way to small, and the ring bearers tux looked absolutely ridiculous. We were told that this was COMMON for weddings! While they did get fixed for the most part, some were fixed for Thursday and some for the day before which was a huge inconvenience with our rehearsal.
