Ii have gone here several times since they opened. Never had a problem. I went yesterday to get flowers and things for our church. Get to the check out and give the cashier our tax ID paperwork and a copy of the certificate as I have always done. Before she even tried checking the number has her supervisor (Kim) looking at and she starts stating ;"that it isn't for there because they only do a year at a time." I let her know that I have never had a problem before and said that's fine. I will just pay the taxes. Then she radios the manager as if the certificate isn't real. The manager and assistant manager come over. The manager says , "" did you try putting the number in?". No , she didn't. She was too busy writing on my personal document without permission, changing it to her liking. I won't be going back to Hermitage...

I actually bought a bright pink trash can for my bedroom, a novelty of sorts, so the store has a niche, just not a hobby store anymore....

When my Mom was alive she bought their lamps, furnishings and alot of glassware. I was so excited to have the new store open closer to my community here in Farrell so that I now longer have to make the drive to Boardman or Niles. Having the store closer seems like I would have been there weekly, but, as with others, I think the allure of the 40% off coupon made me want to go and browse....so now that it is no longer offered I don't go as often as I used to. I looked forward to using the 40% off coupon and I know that I always purchased so much more than I intended on most shopping trips. I wish they would bring the...
