5/6/25 my husband , daughter and I walked in expecting to buy each a pair of crocs and charms for our upcoming trip but left with nothing. There was a random child who ran in the back and the staff yelled at my daughter who never stepped foot back there. The random boy ran to the back of the store behind the curtains and the worker who had blonde hair decided to yell at my child, when my child was with us the whole time looking at crocs. We always keep her close. No apology nothing....
