Nike Unite - Hershey — Local services in Derry Township

Had a very poor experience here recently. I've always come to this store for all my athletic and shoe/ sneaker needs.

I came here with intentions to buy shoes for a family member who needed a certain type of shoe that they had. Found the perfect shoe and everything. Got up to the register and we told the cashier of our circumstance and they immediately refused to allow us to get the shoes we wanted to buy. They said that Nike didn't have a program available for the type of shoe that said family member wanted. Her attitude wasn't professional and was condescending. I actually bought some over priced shorts but given my distasteful experience here and discrimination experienced, I just left the store. I reached out to Nike corporate who said that the store member was indeed wrong. So as much as I hate being the person to give negative reviews online, this is a PSA to anyone out there that you should not expect fair treatment for any person who have may have special needs for their shoes. It's a shame to say but this store and possibly Nike, may have lost a long time customer.

2 stars bc show selection for kids wasn't bad and other staff appeared friendly. Manager was called, I believe, but did nothing to ameliorate...

I love this Nike Outlet and all their awesome deals. The employees are so wonderful, helpful, respectful and so nice. I love it here. I have been a Nike Fan since I was 12 and Nike is the only brand of sneakers I ever wore since I was 12. When I heard they opened A Nike Outlet at Hershey I came running to see what deals and styles they had. I was not disappointed at all. I love this Outlet. Unbelievable, many employees in the building but the dressing room was closed due to lack of staff. I was unable to try on anything . The manager was very unhelpful. How do you run a clothing store without letting anyone try things on for fit? My first and last trip to a Nike store. I would be sympathetic if I didn't see at least 8 employees...
