Express Factory Outlet — Local services in Hershey

Pretty bummed about this store. I asked for an Express gift card for Christmas I was so excited to start shopping at Express again after kids and starting a new career. I have worked retail and I have always worked in customer based jobs. This store “looks” good but I went through nearly every rack and not one row was sized properly. I was also in the store for over 40 minutes and not one of the five employees, including the store manager, present said one word to me. I was there to spend a good amount of money and sadly left with 2 pieces. When I said something to the employee, she was snarky and said, “ well, I’m sorry. We are really busy!” It was a Monday at 1pm and I was one of 2 customers in the store. Super sad and...

Visited this store this past Saturday. The staff is always friendly at this location. My partner was able to find the suit he wanted and was able to get it half off which made his day. The issue that I had during this visit was all of the dressing rooms were full of discarded clothing and was not attended to the whole time we were there. Now, the workers were very busy since the store was having a 50% of everything sale. I do like the new face-lift that the Outlets are going through. New paint, new trees, new stores. But I don't understand why they had to cut down the beautiful mature trees that were already there. I wish they would open another kitchen supply store there. I miss the one that left. Area is clean. Most staff is friendly. Lots of parking. Bathrooms and ATM on site somewhere.
