Subway — Restaurant in Hesperia

UNBELIEVABLE ! Was having a good day. Went in to get a sandwich to take with me to bingo. I ordered a BLT and ask the lady to pat off the grease after heating my bacon. The manager gets my bacon out of the toaster a d puts my dripping bacon on my bread AFTER SHE HEARD ME ASK FOR THE BACON TO BE DABBED WITH A PAPER TOWEL ! So I kindly ask the lady who was making my sandwich to dab my bacon bacon and the MANAGER says I dabbed it enough. I said I’m not talking to you. Clearly I wouldn’t have ask for them to dab it again if it wasn’t dripping grease all on my bread. Then the MANAGER tells me to get out ! ARE YOU SERIOUS ! I left there in tears ! I couldn’t believe they were treating me that way. I will be finding out who their owner is and reporting them. I WILL NEVER GO IN THERE...

My father gave the worker a written paper with each individual persons order on it. At the top of each person's order it read IN ORDER Bread type: Wheat bread Sandwich name: Italian Cheese type: Pepperjack Etc Etc.. So when my father comes home, he has 2 MEATLESS Footlongs!! You HAVE A WRITTEN ORDER, how can you get that wrong??? So I call subway and she the worker says "yes I saw the paper with the orders, but I still ask him MORE Questions and I ask him "so you want a VEGGIE sandwich? She said he said yes, but he said she didn't ask him that. She even kept his paper AND THE RECEIPT. She said Manager would not be in until next Tuesday (really?) I normally only like to post positive reviews but unfortunately I can't with Subway. I tried to order online through the App because I was supposed to receive buy one get one half off, the App was not working correctly, I went in anyways to order. 2 gals were working and there was a lady in front of me. The customer pointed out to the worker that the lettuce was brown and looked super old (which it did) she asked if they could bring out some fresh? She was told "No, that's all they had" as they were trying to flip from the bottom. Neither worker could tell me what was wrong with the App but that it's been that way for a bit and that they couldn't do the deal. Come on Subway let's get...
