I came here with 2 simple problems and left with 2 worse problems. You might be okay if your issue is super simple like a screen repair, but the guy really does not know what he’s doing and can mess up your phone.
I came here because my phone speaker was crackly and my charger port didn’t work. I brought my phone in, he fixed both parts in 2 hours, and only charged me around $116 which was great.
My charger now worked, but when I got to my car I realized my phone speaker now didn’t work at all. I took it back, he apologized, and replaced the phone speaker so it worked so I left. He offered me a free screen protector for a review, but I declined.
I thought it was odd I never saw him run any diagnostics since it says they do on their website, but the price was good and I figured they knew what they were doing so I didn’t ask any questions.
A few days later I realized my apple pay didn’t work any more. I figured i’d cut my losses and go somewhere else for a second opinion. I went to another repair place, told them my apple pay wasn’t working after a repair, and they said whoever fixed my phone probably messed up my motherboard. They refused to work on my phone and recommended I go back to the first place.
I brought it back in for the 2nd time and he said he’d order some NFC sensor and fix it at no charge. I bring it back, wait 2 hours, he replaces the sensor, and we try it again. Still doesn’t work. He says the apple pay NFC has two parts and to come back after he orders the other part.
I come back for the 3rd time, he says to come back in 2 hours, and we try it again. Still doesn’t work. Now he says it could be some computational sensor. He tells me he’ll order it and to come back again. I get home and realize my phone speaker doesn’t work AGAIN…
I come back for a 4th time, tell him my phone speaker doesn’t work again, and he says to come back in another 2 hours and he’ll fix both. I come back 2 hours later and he says he still hasn’t gotten the part so if I could come back later. At this point I realize he’s just winging it, doesn’t know what he’s doing, and I can’t come back for a 5th time on the off chance he might get it this time.
My charger port works, but my phone speaker doesn’t work at all now, neither does my NFC / apple pay, and nobody wants to work on my phone. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else that is confident enough in their repairs to...
Read moreReplaced my charging port with a broken part... took it back and they wanted me to wait 4 hours so I left it and came back the next day.... they still hadn't started working on it. 2 hours later they replaced it again with another bad part. they keep telling me its not the issue, but there are clearly missing pins in the replacement charging ports they installed. I've waisted 3 days and $80 so far and the customer service email does not care to email me back.
Update: i went back a 4th time (after my online review) and they replaced the charging port with a good one this time. it is 100% different from the 1st two and clearly this was the only good one. they tried telling me they did not replace the port again but it was some other issue that they fixed inside my phone...Obviously not true, but my phone works now (and finally has the working port i paid for)

Read moreI’m glad most people have had a good experience here, and the workers were very kind. Unfortunately, my first repair didn’t go well. My phone’s camera was replaced poorly and produced blurry photos. I had it fixed right before vacation, so I didn’t have time to return immediately.
When I came back, they repaired it free of charge, but during the process the camera was accidentally cracked as it was being set into place. Since then, my phone has literally started falling apart — the cracks in the camera have slowly spread, the glue not holding, and what seems to be low-quality materials have all contributed. The touchscreen is now very unresponsive, and part of the phone’s backing has come off, so I now have to replace the phone entirely.
Truly nice people, just a bad and unfortunate experience for me.
