I hate to be giving such a low review to my favorite meat market, especially since I used to drive all the way to Bellflower to buy their meat prior to their opening the Hesperia location. I've been a loyal customer for years, often spending an average of $500 a month or more on their meat. However, I've recently noticed a drop off in their quality check. They have several new staff members that need additional training. I should not have to be telling them to switch out their gloves after handling chicken before they handle beef. That's a huge no-no in my book. Cross contamination is a real thing and I am not there to buy food that could potentially get my family sick. Having to tell the person behind the counter to switch their gloves was already enough for me to consider my loyalty, but on this last visit, they suddenly lost all my loyalty points from their rewards program. I understand they recently changed platforms for their program, but that was poorly executed and handled for their customers who already had thousands in points. That was my breaking point. They truly have the best meat, but if their quality checks are going to continue being this poor and allow new employees to risk the well being of their customers, I'll have to find another place for my meat...

I went couple of times and service was great til I went the other day. I asked the guy do they have any specials. He said no we don't do specials anymore. I said then why all the other carnicerias do. He said idk. Plus I wasn't done ordering. When he ask the other customer can he help him. I said i wasnt done and he asked the girl to help me. When I was about to check out the cashier confirmed with the meat guy about which things I got and I told her all I got was 2 different meats. When I told them that the guy barely realized he was about to give me someone elseās order. They both didnāt apologize and had this smirk on their face.
