I had to drive through and tried to try it for the first time. And I'll be honest. I got it for the whole family. It wasn't shape by the time I finished getting everything that everybody wanted supposedly. I had one chicken finger or whatever you want to call them and I'm gonna tell you I was not impressed. It's not flavorful like I thought it should be. I don't want Cajun food. Cause it's too spicy for me, but at the same time, this might have lots of sodium in it, but it just didn't have much flavor for me. So I might try them another one more time, but I'm not gonna go out of my way to. To swoop down and eat a bunch of them. They're way too high in calories. Just scary when I looked it. The calorie counts for whatever the the meals were, so my family likes it. They can eat it once in a while. I can do that, but I don't like any of the chicken places out there quite frankly. Accept the salty salty salty KFC. And um that's only once in a great while then I remember why I stopped eating it after having a piece or 2. So I'm sorry I didn't give a great review. I just don't think it's for me, but my everybody else. And my family...

Delicious, crispy, and juicy! Great sauce. Friendly staff. My only complaint is two sauces should come with the four piece and up at no additional charge.

Update 11/7/2024 I love everything about Raising Cane's except feeling like I am being nickel and dimed for every little thing. I ordered chicken fingers by themselves and was told the sauce doesn't come with them, only if you get the combo. That makes no sense. If I ordered fries by themselves, then I don't get ketchup unless I pay for it? No. Also, 4 or more fingers should come with 2 sauces, without paying extra. You should not have to pay for the sauce...period!!! Especially if you are only getting 1 or 2 per order. And then there's the issue of the lemonade. If you order the combo, you can't get lemonade without paying extra. Tea or soda only. Like I said, I don't like being nickel and dimed for every little thing. It really takes away from the pleasure of my experience at Raising Cane's. There are very few restaurants that charge you for their sauces with their food. If you want extra, more than normal,...

WORST EXPERIENCE!!! Tonight I pulled up there were 2 employees taking orders at the Drive-thru with ipads. The female taking orders in my lane walked to the other lane to tell other order taker her ipad died.. UGH . NO. WAY... then he took 1 order & left.. & there I am like WTH I'm in a hurry.. so I take the order on my app & pull up to the window to state that order takers left & no one was taking orders & I placed my order... instead of them giving me my order!!! They made me park & wait.. Now I'm upset!!! While I'm there waiting 3-4 cars that were after me get their orders & leave before I get mine!!! I have a son with special needs so it's extremely challenging for me to run errands. I didn't appreciate the cashier refusing to give me my order at the window when I didn't have an option at that moment.. IT WAS ONLY 1 COMBO MEAL... HOW HARD IS THAT?? I'VE WORKED AT FAST FOOD FOR 20YRS. IT'S NOT HARD AT ALL. EMPLOYEE WAS TRYING TO GIVE ME A HARD TIME.. WHEN THEY WERE AT FAULT FOR NOT HAVING SOMEONE OUT THERE TO CONTINUE TAKING ORDERS.. EXTREMELY...

I usually never have an issue with rising canes down the hill or the one in Barstow but this one truly disappoints. Right off the bat the strips are half the size of the ones they serve down the hill, and to prove it I even added pictures. Secondly, their lemonade is made with tap water you get off the hose from outside. Very poor taste and it ruined a good drink. Thirdly, their customer service is horrible. I asked for easy ice and they filled the cup up to the brim with ice. Complete lack of care and management. Whoever is running the whole show should be retrained alongside their staff for quality management. Total waste of money. Save yourself the hassle and line and go somewhere else. They aren’t worth it.

obviously not a 3 finger combo. just got out of 12 hr warehouse shift and drove all the way home to find this in my bag. it’s 2AM!! called and was told i have to come back for a refund. don’t want this at all. thanks :/. i have to waste gas to get my money back for someone else’s mistake. as i was getting my order, the person handed me a small drink so i said “it was supposed to be a large coke” and they switched it out. i should’ve checked the bag as soon as the drink was wrong. what’s the point in asking for customer names if it’s still going to be wrong?
