I visited this store today and had an unpleasant experience with the manager, Itis. My 3-year-old son was sitting where he shouldn’t have been, which I understand. However, her way of handling it was very harsh. Although I like the store’s products, the owners should consider hiring more empathetic staff. This was my fourth visit, and while I usually make several purchases, I've noticed that they often treat customers with suspicion and scrutinize their appearance. Beya is a very disrespectful place they don’t try helping u or anything The employees I don’t know how to work and they treat you very bad when are you coming to the store and they tell you one thing and that they tell you you could Exchange and then another day you come in and they tell you that you can’t exchange they never told me that they couldn’t exchange the item and I find it very disrespectful of them and there’s only one worker in the store I will definitely not come back to the store I don’t recommend...
