I came yesterday on May 24, in mad-rag and experienced one of the worst in-counters ever! I was purchasing a few things for my daughter (sandals, bonet, and a bra) my daughter explain to me that she had a wonderful conversation with this lady who worked there, she was helping her until one of the lady’s coworker started saying someone hurt things, yelling and cursing at her coworker for talking to the customers and that customer service wasn’t important. My daughter stood quiet but explained to me how she dislike the way her coworker talked to the lady assassinating her. She also explained that her coworker got in her face and started disrespecting her IN front of my daughter! My daughter and I were very surprised on how they acted in front of customers. They were very unprofessional, disrespectful, and unethical. My daughter ALSO explained how her coworker threaten her colleague in front of her and in my point of view this lady doesn’t have any empathy and she likes to humiliate her colleague and embarrass her colleague in front of anyone and doesn’t matter who she does it in front of! Also today flip of the story my daughter and I was returning some UNUSE bras that we bought because it fit to big for my daughter, she was very disrespect towards me and in front of my daughter. When I first walked in I noticed how he look at me due to the fact that I’m a manger in retail .I know when that oh she going to steal face. However I only had one bag that was clear I got from buy things out of beya n two small bags in side from shopping at guess and moda along with a fanny pack on my hip. I went to try shoes on I knew he was right near me so I went near the cash register n try on the shoes so he will notice I’m not trying to touch your stuff.. however the white lady with the big black bag was on my right when I walk in she put two pair of shoes in her bag and I seen that just by walking in the store but Jose so busy watch the black young lady(ME)..I told him to please stop watching me I’m not going to touch anything out your store and left because I was feel uncomfortable . Sou cliente da Madrag há muito tempo, mas hoje passei por uma situação extremamente ofensiva e constrangedora em uma loja de Hailea que eu nunca tinha vindo antes. Ao pedir para experimentar um conjunto que me chamou a atenção, a atendente (uma mulher cubana) respondeu com grosseria e preconceito, dizendo: “Esse conjunto é muito caro, e se você não tem como pagar, nem se atreva a provar porque a loja está cheia de câmeras.” Insinuando para min que poderia eu roubar por simplesmente querer experimentar uma peça de roupa, inaceitável. O conjunto custava 80 dólares — sim, é caro —, mas eu estava buscando uma roupa especial para ir a um evento, e não teria problema nenhum em pagar por algo que realmente gostasse. Esse atendimento é lamentável, eu adoro o estilo dessa loja, mas essa especificamente colocaram dinossauros para atender os clientes!
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I’ve been a loyal Madrag customer for a long time, but today I went through an extremely offensive and humiliating situation at the Hailea location, which I had never visited before. When I asked to try on a matching set that caught my attention, the sales associate (a Cuban woman) responded with rudeness and prejudice, saying: “That set is very expensive, and if you can’t afford it, don’t even dare to try it on because the store is full of cameras.” She basically insinuated that I might steal something just because I wanted to try on clothes — completely unacceptable. The set cost $80 — yes, it’s pricey — but I was looking for something special to wear to an event, and I wouldn’t have had a problem paying for something I really liked. This kind of customer service is disgraceful. I genuinely love the style of this store, but this particular location seems to have placed dinosaurs at the front to deal with customers!
La peor atención al cliente que he recibido en mi vida. He sido clienta fiel de Madrag por mucho tiempo, pero hoy viví una experiencia extremadamente ofensiva y vergonzosa en la tienda de Hailea, a la que nunca había ido antes.
