Stay away. They manipulate you into making a purchase and then don't fulfill promises and then lie right to your face. I purchased a couch a week ago, which I needed for a basement as I start working night shifts. I was told it would arrive the following Tuesday and be ready for pickup Friday/Saturday. After being left COMPLETELY in the dark, we reach out and get told it won't arrive for another week. Did they reach out to us to let us know it would be delayed? Nope. After telling them I had already made plans for help to move the couch, I'm told oh I can pay them to help me move it! Or they can offer me the one on the floor that's been sat on by 100 people, but that will be the same price. Then on top of that, when we get to the store we are lied straight to our faces. They say they NEVER promised it would be here at a certain time when the lady who sold us the couch is STANDING RIGHT THERE. When they said and I quote "oh it will definitely be here by the time you need it". Now that their mismanagement caused a problem with my planning of transporting this couch, do they offer any help? The couch and chair make a horrible noise when you sit on them. Lindys did have a repair man come to look at our set. Nothing was broken. Called again and no recourse. Offered to send cushions. Cushions are not the problem. I just left the store. I sat on the store model. No sound. Talked to sales people and they did not seem interested in coming up with some solution. Actually said I should call the manufacturer to see what the weight limit was! Wow! Floor model is fine. The set at my home is not. I immediately called the store, they said not their problem to call delivery company. They came back to get it and I was informed a new 1 would be delivered at no cost. It is now almost mid Sept and I still don't have my chair. Every time I call the store I'm told it's not their problem I need to call the delivery service.
