Reflections Furniture — Local services in Hickory

We bought a couch in April 2017. It’s now October 2019 and they just delivered the correct furniture order yesterday. The couches take 3-4 months to be made and shipped to the US. We ordered Natuzzi couches. The first order was placed wrong by the store and they forgot to order that manual adjustable headrest feature. Reorder took another 4 months. The reorder came in and it was made wrong by Natuzzi this time. Next reorder took 4 more months. The 3rd try comes and none of the recliners works...no joke. Took them another 4 months and to find a solution to get them properly repaired since the couches are now discontinued at this point. Finally “repaired” and they are functioning. Let’s see for how long. They’re service is not great to say the least and I wouldn’t recommend anyone...

We were in search of a top quality power assisted loveseat and our local preferred furniture dealer pointed us at Reflections In the Hickory Furniture Mart. The sales staff were excellent, low pressure, listened to our poor description of what we had in mind and identified exactly the right piece. Reflections carry a wide selection of quality brands and there were several contenders that caught our interest. We added the ‘white gloves’ delivery and set up service provided by J&L Furniture Services who operate from the Mart. Delivery was ahead of schedule and set up perfect. Walked in late on a Wednesday and we were greeted by Ann Teague. WHAT A BLESSING ! We knew we wanted chairs by American Leather, and, thankfully, she knew all the rest. Ann was a great help in walking us through our options, and helping us select two beautiful chairs. The more demanding I might have been, the more gracious she was! When all was said and done, we had more chair than we thought we could have afforded at a price very much in our budget.
