During a sale in February we came in and asked if they had any scratch and dent ovens. We were told they didn’t sell scratch and dent. We went looked at some ovens. I found one quickly that I liked and liked the sale price even more. After the associate came up I saw the date for the sale had January date on it. She said if we took the floor model they would honor the “January “ sale price. I did zero research in store to confirm the information before purchasing. While purchasing she told us it was originally 1,100$ and was on sale for 1,000 so getting it with delivery for 890$(in that range) was a great deal! After I got home I went to send my mom the make and model to realize I bought the show room model for price of unopened brand new oven. I let it go. Not worth it, I just won’t get my other appliances from there. That’s not cool and feel a little scam like to me.
Here’s where I got bothered enough to write this review. When it got delivered it was dented on the side. (Of course the visible side.) The man delivering it said they were told I knew about the damage. I did NOT. They did get it replaced and we’re kind and professional when speaking with me ( which is the three stars. I’d give 5 for the delivery and repair guys) but when I expressed my upset at paying full price for a scratch and dent (that they apparently don’t sell) they said they could fix it or give me some money back and the guy told me the money wouldn’t even cover the cost of fixing it so I should fix it. I told them that it didn’t feel right to pay for a brand new unit and get a scratch and dent and I felt very taken advantage of. I decided to wait to write a review until the work was done.
The day after they fixed the dent. I got a notice from Samsung that they used my warranty. I reached out to sunrise afree I called Samsung and I was told they have to recover their cost. Honestly milking it to get every penny out of it doesn’t fully bother me but what does is the claim was listed as install issue. We DIDNT pay for them to install! They installed nothing. Strictly delivered. We had only physical damage fixed. Samsung also said they don’t cover physical damages only mechanical. I told sunrise Samsung doesn’t cover physical damage and they said they do this all the time and someone from Samsung works with them. The claim felt like fraud to me and I told Samsung that. Samsung swore they have me recorded saying what happened and that it does show they started the claim. I’m clean of that.
Take it for what you will. I just got my stuff...

Ordered in January still no appliances in July. Had to push final inspection, and eventually by cheap appliances to pass inspection and move in. Also Lowe’s quoted 10% cheaper but went with them due to builder and having items on time....lie lie lie! Then blamed me for not calling to follow up???? Shouldn’t you call me? No one in business for over a week who could cancel my order! Terribly ran business no clue how they make it with disrespectful staff. I would do anything for my clients not try to argue with them! Just bad business all around!!!! July 26 2019 to response below, no manufacturer takes 6 months for a back order on a microwave! Went to Lowe’s only after sunrise and yes 10% cheaper and microwave delivered from them in two weeks. You say no one lied....but you’re lying in your response to save face for a poorly ran business! Absolutely rude staff that told me personally I should have followed up! Didn’t deal directly with builder because I funded the build, this was told to me directly! Why should anyone have to get a loaner microwave to pass inspection when they ordered one 6 months ago? Poor excuses once again! I was refunded for microwave.....but only after several calls and wanting to cancel whole order worth thousands of dollars. I run a business and know how to treat a customer, you however do not! I’m sure you will make up more excuses instead of fixing the problem which is exactly what bad business does. Admitting faults and working to improve moving forward should be your goal! We are starting a 100 acre development and had planned on using sunrise to furnish every house......not anymore! All I can do is laugh at response below, It’s not my problem to fix, but I would take advice from customers to make my business better not put blame on them! Lowe’s will price match anyone as well as give 5-10% discount ask for Rocky at Belmont location, he knows how to run a business! And yes lied to about delivery of microwave multiple times when called. Get your facts straight, improve customer service, and work on good business not excuses! Thanks for passing blame lol! Queen City is cheaper as well have moved my business to them and Lowe’s....so glad I found other appliance stores that know how to...
   Read moremy mom bought a hotpoint washer from this establishment. my mom opted for a one time free delivery (there is a normal charge of $59 for regular delivery) had to wait 7 days to get the free delivery.. we now know why it was free.. the time was set up for delivery between 1-3 pm.. sunrise delivery fellow showed up by himself at 505pm.... with the excuse, well when you start out behind you stay behind all day." we received no calls from delivery fellow or sunrise to inform us that he was running late without us first calling at 430pm to sunrise to ask what happen... really 2 hrs late an NO call?? we opted to hook up the machine, it came boxed, not opened. (sunrise charges $100 an hour for hookup) ..when unboxed, i found their was no drain hose for washing machine..really??? who sales washing machines WITHOUT a drain hose...??? its like buying a watch with no hands! pretty much useless.. sunrise does not include the drain hose..we called the manufacture who told us it takes a special hose for the washer.. a regular hose will not work.. we were informed its up to seller to provide or not provide(order) what comes with washer from factory... we have found this place to be cheap, untimely an NO HELP after the sale.. we had to get a hose from hotpoint customer service a part number wh41x25974 which means my mom will not be able to use washer for another 5 days after the 3 days we spent looking for the drain hose locally..so if you want a washer without a drain hose.. this is your place.. we will NOT buy from them again... we suggest you don't either..unless you like disappointment in customer service..
