I have always felt comfortable going into this establishment, however, that ended a week ago. I went in to have my daughter's ring repaired, and while waiting, I decided to have my platinum wedding set cleaned. Now I had just spent $400 back in November, not even a month ago, to have it sized up. They supposedly checked my ring before and after to make sure all diamonds are in good shape. And every other time they have worked on sizing or cleaning it! The girl at the register, a new girl, claimed I had a busted prong and a chipped diamond on my channel set diamond band. Ok this is platinum, I would had to hit my ring pretty hard, and I surely would have remembered. I baby my rings! Then the owners daughter comes over and proceeds to tell me I have a few loose diamonds, and off set diamonds, wrong shaped diamonds, not enough prongs....She was on a roll!!! She also said they would not guarantee a cleaning, yet it had just been cleaned three weeks ago. She tells me there is a chance of diamonds falling out if I don't repair it. I asked her could this have happened while sizing it up? She said No, only when you size down this can become a problem. Using her hands demonstrating how sizing down is what causes it, and THEY were NOT responsible. However, this a Bold Lie. Research clearly states resizing a ring UP, Channel or Pave set diamonds become loose or could even fall out! Now my Anxiety level is rising for fear of my diamonds falling out, they claim I have NO WARRANTY with them even though I just spent $400 on a resizing a few weeks ago!! Ok so if this wasn't bad enough, my total embarrassment and anxiety level rises to the peak when the OWNER, the jewelry repair person, comes out to further insult my beautiful ring. He had given his daughter another ring to show the new girl differences using my band as an example!!!!! He proceeded to insult me in front of others by saying this is a PLATINUM ring, and I really can't believe an Artisan would work with Platinum in this way. I said my ring has been in your store many times how come this was NEVER brought to my attention. He said he does not like to point out defects of someone's ring. HOWEVER not only is he doing it, his daughter is as well in front of others, including a customer standing right at the counter staring over!!!! I was So Very Distraught all I could do was say give me my ring back and I left. When my husband called the store to express his displeasure with the manager, they said the Owner/ Jeweler wanted to speak with him. Would that be ok? He said sure, but he is not going to continue to insult us. Needless to say when my husband showed up to pick up the ring I had repaired, the jeweler ducked out of site. This is an estate ring so we expect wear, however this place boldly lies to their customers to make money off of them!! Also, I expect this company to respond with more lies to cover their reputation....however I have nothing to lose, I have already found a much better...

Their prices are very competitive, especially for the quality of jewelry and customer service you receive. I have been wanting to get my wife a new wedding set for our anniversary for a long time. She never really could find anything that spoke to her until now. She entered the store was immediately impressed by their selection and variety of wedding and anniversary rings. After speaking with Megan and talking about what she had in mind, she was led over to a set that she fell in love with. She was extremely helpful and not pushy at all like some of the other jewelry stores in town. I went there today to purchase the rings for her and have to say that I was greeted and treated with the same care and warmth as my wife was. I observed some other customers in the store interacting with other store employees and they were all being treated just as kindly. They easily answered all of my questions and I left without a doubt that I made a very good purchase. Thank you all for your professionalism and kindness. You just don't get that everywhere you go anymore and it is appreciated more than you know. We will definitely be back and recommend you to anyone needing a jeweler...

I went in just to purchase 3 replacement watchbands and normally with that request you get the "ole brush off " and a point to the back of the store where the bands are; YET I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED when I was greeted by a very warm and friendly associate " ALLISON BEACH " who not only spent time with me asking about my band preferences and such, but also volunteered to have then start putting the first watchband, while I continued to pick out the others - I was so impressed with the level of care I received that I decided to shop for a NEW WATCH while I was there. Needless to say I now have a NICE new Citizen's watch, 3 new bands for my Seiko's, and A GREAT EXPERIENCE to remember the Jewelry Exchange by.
