Manager had an attitude the whole time we were trying to find dresses for our grandmas funeral and then got upset because I asked for my dads opinion on something and wanted to see what he thought about it and he was standing at the doorway of the entrance to the dressing rooms and the manager ran in there started yelling at me, my sister and dad, saying he couldnāt be in there so we said okay, and then I got locked out of my dressing room and manager caught an attitude again because she had to unlock the door and instructed like I was a two year old on how to not get locked out by putting a hanger there and then I closed the door behind me (she still had the hanger on the door) and I didnāt realize it and then proceeded to yell at me ālose the attitudeā and I told her I didnāt have one and then she continued to talk shĀ”t about me to her younger customer, which then she proceeded to go up to my dad and brother and told them that I needed to lose the attitude, and my dad got furious because she yelled at me, and then we asked the younger associate for the district managers number, and then the manager yelled at the younger associate for giving us the district managers number, which youāre required to do at anytime someone asks, so i really want to give this store zero stars because thatās what it deserves, manager should be fired and Iām never shopping here again. And I donāt think anyone...

Two workers at the counter...no one ever came over to ask me if I needed help, and when I was ready to check out, they continued their conversation...didn't even acknowledge that I was standing there. They actually looked at each other as if neither wanted to assist me. When the lady who did assist by default began checking me out, she did not speak, smile, or even look at me...so I took the liberty of speaking first š. I then asked about a specific item, to which both of them rudely responded that they had them in various spots throughout the store, but not one time did either bother to show me where. HORRIBLE customer service...worst experience I have had in a Cato store. I will definitely stick Statesville and...

I shop at this store every time I am in town.. love their clothes and usually the excellent customer service! However today was totally different... four customers and three older sales ladies.. that absolutely ignored ALL of us!! They were to busy talking among themselves to .. even speak. I had to ask to try on clothes and another lady also had the same issue with them . When the blonde lady name Laura is working this store is wonderful to shop in!! These ladies working just need to go play bridge or whatever makes them happy it sure isn't their job!! I am going to call their corporate office tomorrow... I surely hope they are better at customer service!! I was hoping it would get better but the Laura lady did not return and this store is no longer one I...
