Culver’s — Restaurant in North Carolina

I had high hopes for this restaurant. I must say I am extremely disappointed. The burgers all lacked flavor, and we're greasy. I ordered the custard flavor of the day, which happened to be caramel cashew. Unfortunately, I received my dessert with a cherry on top. I feel as though that should be a requested addition. I do not have an allergy, The taste is revolting to me. I failed at my attempts to remove all contaminated sections of my ice cream. I respectfully requested a replacement and was asked if I had an allergy, to which I replied no, I dispise cherries. I did not realize Cherries were included. I suppose it is my fault for assuming that companies will verify before including extras on your order. Even Mcdonald's has the decency to ask you if you like them or not. For some reason, i felt obligated to apologize for the inconvenience as though I was in the wrong for asking them to remake it. However, I did not appreciate the impudent attitude I received. There appeared to only be young, inexperienced people managing this location. With that being said, I'm not even sure if they understood they were being degrading and presumptuous. I did my best not to cause a scene or act like a "karen." I felt so embarrassed asking for a replacement, nowhere under the item description does it mention anything about cherries!!! In the future, I would suggest taking a moment and asking the customer their preference. I will not be going back to this location nor referring anyone. I hope no one else is subjected to their...

Will never eat here again!! First off when I ordered my food I had to repeat a couple of times but that’s ok did not mind that. Then when we got our food half was missing and my mushroom Swiss burger had cheddar cheese on it . I took it back up and told ask them why it had cheddar on it and to tell them what was missing . A young man was helping me and he turned to asked a lady something and she turned and with the ( the first eye roll)said how do you know she’s not lying. Now I let that go and he got my sandwich fixed (that was awful by the way) and gave me the rest of my food. After we ate was going to go up and order an ice cream that my friend was telling me about (and supposedly they only do on certain days) that’s fine also but when the young boy that was taking the order turned to ask same eye rolling woman about the ice cream I asked about she literally turned around and rolls her looks at me rolls her eyes for the second time and says we don’t do that today. Now I had already spent almost 60 on our meal and was going to spend another 20 on ice cream . Needless to say I canceled the ice cream order and left . Lucky I was in a good...

I’ve been a customer of Culver’s prior to them establishing in hickory so I know the expectations of service. I waited in line for my food for 5-7 min and it wasn’t even correct when I got it. I waited patiently for an employee to come back out to the drive through lane and when I said excuse me loudly I was ignored and the employee turned there nose up at me. Secondly they didn’t even take the food back they completely ignored me waved me off because the manager was coming outside. That’s not acceptable even if he was coming to assist me since the employees were closer they should’ve took the food back bc the manager already knew what was going on. I’m waiting in line for my corrected food to come out when a young lady asked me to move my car up which was weird to me because they didn’t ask anyone else to move their car up and I stopped in the exact location where everyone else stopped at previously. Only difference between them and me is I have melanin rich skin. I’m from Charlotte so it’s easy to see the difference in the culture here in hickory.
