Don't be someone who wants to browse and not know what you want. We were greeted upon walking in, that's great! Walked around and the same man asked if we needed help. We politely declined and said we are just browsing. Friend and I continued talking about the liquors we preferred and were open to. Five minutes goes by and the same man aggressively asks, "What are you looking for? The tequila is over there!" Relax, we're fine. Thank you.

We just continued about our business. Then again, a lady comes out of her way to say in her privileged tone, "you guys can't have your dog in here!" Lady we have been in here a while now and the dog has visible tags/jacket that say this is a service dog.

Classic customer service! The guys here are pros at what they do. My clerk has worked there for about 11 years so we're very familiar with one another. I have nothing but positive thoughts about this place. Most of the staff is very knowledgeable about whatever you're looking for. Although there was new worker there about two months ago who had no clue what Hypnotiq was, or any other major brands of liquor for that matter. I absolutely hate going to this location. I can’t even get in the door before it closes and they are all over you. Watching and constantly bothering you about needing help so that they can follow you down every aisle. I don’t steal! I pay my way. They’re worse than Wal Mart.
