Southwood Square Shopping Center — Local services in High Point

We visited this store on July 4th. The cashier was clearly ready to go home. We didn't even walk in the door good before she let me know that they close at 6:00 p.m. due to the holiday. As she did that with an attitude. We knew what time the store closed it was written on the door. She didn't ask if she could help us find what we were looking for or anything. We were only in the store because my 5 year old autistic son was walking weird in his shoes like they were hurting his feet. So we went to the nearest shoe store to our location to find him a pair of shoes real quick. My child was irritated. It had been a long day and he was overly stimulated. She had no compassion for the situation or the fact that my kid was autistic. She was pretty much rude the whole time we were in there. Even slammed her hands down on the counter and walked away real fast after we paid for the shoes. If she didn't want to work on the 4th she probably should have took the day off instead of being mad about having to work and taking it out on innocent customers. If that's how y'all treat your customers y'all will never have to worry about me again. I will never return to this store.

This Shopping Center could really use a face lift. It could go either way Clean up and clean out as in new employees remodel or clean stores Especially Dollar Tree its horrible the employees the management very rude and racist. I say this due to how I was treated several times here but the last time will be my LAST with a manger like the female manager i have never felt so humiliated to say the least. If a customer trys to be make small talk at check out and you cant even acknowledge someone is speaking to you beside the huffs eye rolling an few deep breaths which said it all. No to mention i purchased several breakables and spent up at $200 maybe you were mad to have to work sure did not care how you bagged the items 7 items were broken. You definitely should NOT be in management working in the public nor management. Treat people the way u want treated. Perfect Nails my daughter lost a nail from a nail fungus she got there that should sum it up. Planet Fitness & Roses are Great that how it even got 2 Stars because grading whole Square. Advice COMPLETELY AVOID THIS DOLLAR TREE AND PERFECT NAIL THEY BOTH FAR FROM PERFECT. I WILL NEVER...

SPIRO'S RESTAURANT Really enjoyed their buffet. $8.99 and they have an excellent variety. Great salad bar, shredded iceburg, spinach or mixed greens,then a wide assortment of veggies, fruits, nuts, dressings and olives. They also have, diced ham, turkey, pepperoni and bacon. For meat: Scrumptious fried chicken and I know good chicken. It's my favorite but I'm very peculiar about it. Grilled pork chops, fried shrimp and flounder was so crispy and succulent. Beef stew, meatloaf, country style steak, ribs, BBQ chicken and Asian chicken with zucchini and squash. There may have been more but that's all I remember.
