East Coast Wings + Grill — Restaurant in High Point

This is one of those times that I wish I could give half stars, as I would really like to choose 3.5 but will round up to four instead.

The service, was as usual, consistently excellent. I ordered the five wings, hot, extra crispy, with floppy chips and my wife ordered a buffalo chicken wrap with crispy chips. Both came out as requested.

The reason I would say 3.5 instead of four stars is that it seems like the quality and taste of their food has slipped a little bit over the last few months. My wife said the wrap wasn't as good as she remembered them being and I thought the wings were smaller than they used to be.

Overall, though, we were both satisfied and will continue to patronize them as one of our Saturday lunch places.

I would like to see their health and sanitation score improve, however. While it was still a grade 'A" it was certainly a below par A...

Negative Customer Service - 3; Good Food - 5.

Negative: Because I could not find the restaurant last night, I called this evening to see exactly where it was. The staff member that answered the phone acted like she did not care If I found the building or not. I asked her where it was located and she said "off Fairfield". I told her that I wasn't from here and that didn't mean anything to me. She could have said between Taco Bell and Bojangles across the street from Subway. I was only 2 miles from the location and drove past it last night. The reason was that the sign is not lighted. I almost passed it again tonight. Finally, they didn't give me any silver ware.

This was my first time dining at this location and I was not pleased at all…we shared a salad which was the best thing we got there, we got 30 wings(mango habanero) I had these at a different location and they were great! But the taste of these was not good idk how to explain it…I loooove some good wings, I ordered some of there mild sauce to make them taste better but it looked like someone puked in a cup 🤮 so I was like no way I was eating that…we also got loaded cheeses fries which I think they ran out cheese because the didn’t have hardly any cheese on them at all…so it was just not a good first time experience, especially for the price I payed for the food and I will not go back…the waitress was a good waitress but the overall experience wasn’t...
