(Changed stars 12/22/23) This one has been pretty much on point since opening mid 2023, but tonight they have no fortune cookies. How does Panda run out, they only give one per order?! They’re my favorite!
Added this on 11/15/23- So Panda is “out” of orange chicken at 8:45pm? They close tonight at 9:30… it must be easier to say out than to say we won’t make any more with 45 minutes left. I get not wasting food, but do the woks not cook smaller portions to reduce that issue? Pretty sure they’d sell it all anyway. It’s extremely frustrating to drive across town for something they should have. Happened in Greensboro too, more than once with 45 minutes to one hour to go. That why we vowed to stop going to Greensboro once we heard this location was coming… because the service and everything had to be better, right?! I’ll also add that you may want to use the app and grab your order inside on busier nights we’ve been stuck in their single lane (you’re stuck in line once you get in line) for 35 minutes once and for 51 minutes another. Never again. When ordering the special new shrimp, make sure you have more than 4, especially when you pay extra for it. My husband has ordered this every single trip since they started selling it and the portion has always been pretty fair but he was shocked to see there were only four in it the last trip.
UPDATE 12/22/23 8:27pm: Out of chili crisp shrimp for the night and it’s Friday, they close at 10pm. The lady in front of us in the drive-thru was told 3-4 items were out as well. Is the manager not making sure they order enough for the volume of business they have?! We’re about one more “we’re out of stuff way early” trip from not coming back. The Greensboro location is awful, we hoped this would be a good thing closer to us. As I type, we get to the window and the drink has ice (no ice was requested) and the kids meal had a grilled teriyaki chicken versus orange chicken. Orange chicken is the only thing ordered for our kids meals. It was almost as if the lady at the window was arguing what she heard but she did give us a side of the orange chicken to resolve the issue. Get it...
Read moreVisited this Panda Express location with my family to have a meal. Also, I decided to visit because its in the vicinity of my Alma Mater - High Point University (#HPU). I paid for a three entrée meal with beef and broccoli, orange chicken, steak with veggies and fried rice. I was told that I would have to pay an extra $1.25 for the steak with veggies. I had no problem with that, paid for it. Pulled over to check my food and notice I had everything but steak with veggies, didn't think to look in the little box on the side because it was so small. Nonetheless, I did and found my steak with veggies. The box was so small that I thought it was a mistake plus I paid an additional $1.25 for it.

Went back to make sure this was correct, I asked for the manager. She said that the order was correct, so I asked for a refund in which she said she couldn't give me. And she also stated that in NC, "we don't have to give refund. That was false because refunds are given all the time. As a business professional, offer the customer something instead of your attitude.
it would have been to offer an additional serving or offered something nut she didnt. I looked her and said since we been her a while talking about my refund that I am not going to get, I would prefer to have my order fixed over because its now cold.
Business Etiquette 101 for the Manager in Panda Express name Te, when a customer is asking for a refund, give it to them because for me the customer service I experienced from you was at most was AWFUL. In the future, make sure the customer has a great experience. It's not about what you think you know, it's about the customer!

Read moreHorrible !! Not only is the parking lot designed horribly the drive thru was awful tonight at the high point location. Don’t get in it unless you have an hour to wait. It is one of those drive thru’s that once you are in it you are stuck & can’t get out. I don’t care how long a line is it should NEVER take an hour to order and make it to the pick up window. I asked the worker if she could explain to me why I was in the drive thru for an hour and she couldn’t tell me. She went & got the manager and she tried to tell me it because there was an accident in the drive thru. That is not true. I was right behind the car that rear ended a car. The girl was still moving forward as the line would move while she was getting the info from the car that hit her. I was not about to pay for my nine dollar meal after literally waiting an hour & the manager was not about to comp or even discount my food. Nothing ! I will not be back at that location. I will make the twenty minute drive to Greensboro. High point Panda Express don’t even say it’s because your new & just opened up. An hour ? Really ? I can’t be the only one that...
