It's been years since I have walked into an O'Reilly's. I needed my rotors turned and after checking everywhere I finally called and was told that they could do it. I dropped off my rotors because they apparently only have one guy that is capable of running this complicated piece of machinery and he had left for the day. I came back the next day expecting my rotors to be done even though no one had called. Stood in line and finally asked for my rotors. Counter guy panicked because he couldn't find them. Another guy appeared and said they were on the floor in the back. Counter guy goes back and brings back my unturned rotors telling me they were bad. I told him they had been miced out and were fine. He said no they are bad and put them on the counter. I picked them up and left. I drove to AutoZone and purchased new rotors then received a call stating there was a mix up and my rotors could actually be turned. I explained that I had already purchased new rotors at AutoZone. Had good customer service only to find out after asking multiple times that I was sold the wrong color match paint for my car when I worked on it. Bought the paint in late spring hoping to fix some paint issues on my car. Unfortunately because of the rainy start to summer and then the heat I wasn't able to work on it until now. I sanded my car and prepped it after for paint. Painted the first coat stood back and took a look. I WAS SOLD THE WRONG COLOR PAINT!!! It had small flecks of glitter it. My car is glossy black. I asked and asked if they were sure, told absolutely. I gave them all the correct information for my car to make sure I got the correct paint. Now I get to start all over again, spend more time on something that should have been an easy fix. Not to mention all the extra money. I will never trust...
   Read moreI haven't used O'Reilly's after a bad experience at a different location several years ago. Today I called the O'Reilly's location in House Springs because it is right by my work. I spoke to Jesse about my vehicles batteries and asked if they assist with installing. When I went there to have my batteries tested and of course, they both needed replacement. Jesse helped by assisting me with the task and even went beyond the expected by cleaning my corroded terminal And replacing a missing nut. I have now changed my opinion of the previous experience and will continue to shop at this O'Reilly's location in House Springs, MO and will definitely refer others there...
