I hit a massive pothole and blew out 2 tires and bent a rim. While searching marketplace for rims I found a set. They were listed as MKZ and 20". There are a 20" set but they were super rare, and a different look. They looked like MKS rims to me but I was assured they were MKZ. Inaksed if the bolt pattern was correct for mine and was told yes. Inwa still skeptical but gave them the benefit of the doubt even though I knew better.

We look at the rims and get the gauge out to measure for the bolt.patyern and my current rims don't match the set they have. I told them it would most likely be the 114.3 from the MKS. I was right. This would've really upset me and learn to a 1 star but they were determined to make it right. They found a set of rims that would fit my car. They did the tire swap and balancing and changed the tire pressure monitors for no additional charge.

A transaction doesn't have to be perfect to warrant 5 stars, it just needs to happen with results. Didn't cost extra. Didn't delay me any real time. Did drop what they were doing to about the shop for rims with the proper bolt pattern and were ready to offer a full refund. It was solid customer service. Yesterday I called to purchase one coil pack, which they were trying to charge me an environmental fee just because they get charged for an environmental fee doesn’t mean the customer has to pay for it. Be smart raise your prices Don’t try to hit people with an extra fee because people will run away. This is from my business point of view.
