Price information wasn't available on their website, so I stopped in to ask. Used tires in 205/55R16 size are $65 each, which is 250% higher than other boneyards. They're also mix-and-match (no pairs/sets), which is fine, but the tires are kept in the back, not in any place where customers can easily inspect them and choose your own. If I'm buying used tires, I definitely expect to inspect them myself, and I'd prefer to choose them myself, so I'll continue going to other boneyards where I can do this and pay a lower price.
They do have a full wheel shop onsite, which is a convenience that most boneyards don't offer; it looked like they do efficient work from my brief glimpse into the shop and overhearing staff conversations. Mount & balance is $25 per wheel, which is a standard price I would expect anywhere.

My window wouldn’t roll up which caused for a new switch I paid $175 (which was expensive but I have a new baby and it’s cold out) to later find out they never put the new switch in. Just rolled the window up and sent me on my way. I know this because a hour after leaving I have the same issue take the car back but this time we didn’t wait inside because we had the baby with us. You guys I WATCHED AS THEY CHANGED MY SWITCH IN 2 MIN AND EVERYTHING WORKED AS IT SHOULD. I’m disappointed, y’all tried to steal my part, knowing good and well you didn’t put my new switch in the first...
Read moreI went in for two tires on 12/13/24, but one of my rims came up missing. I know how my car was going in and what it looked like, yet was lied to me about what had happened to my rim. My vehicle is a Toyota Corolla, yet they wanted to play dumb to where my rim went.
Where is my Toyota rim at and what did they do with it is the heated question? I placed a review on the link to the 71 W. McNichols site not knowingly that I should have placed my review here, so any new customers can be on alert. Seems like they treat each person differently and we all are not given the same customer services with respect, care, or concerns of valuing each customer.
Not returning at all to Holbrook Tire and Glass Shop. Waiting to see how this matter will be handled...
