Good store except every time i purchase a phone from them they set it up and i have none of the information( password or zipcode) which leaves me going to a corporate store because they have forgotten it themselves. Very inconvenient. Also the phone stays busy. Can not reach anyone unless i go in and i moved across town. I think they should ask what people want as THEIR own password and use the customers actual zipcode of their home. Because now im stuck going out of town and my son is without his phone. This makes me very uncomfortable and as much as i like the store atmosphere i have to not go back. So when setting up a new phone PLEASE MAKE SURE THEY GIVE YOU...
