I been coming to this cinema since I was a teen. I always have a great time here even though itās an old theater. I havenāt gone in a few years but I convinced my husband to give it a chance. We arrived, everything is amazing just like before⦠however I walked out the the lobby and asked a young man who works there for bathroom directions and he directed me kindlyā¦. Mid way during my business⦠not even 2 minutes had passed since he gave me directions, I heard him mumbling something inside the womenās bathroom as im thereā¦. He pretended to talk to someone or he had headphones on, we will never know. I immediately pulled my pants up uncomfortable and disgusted that he would follow me into the bathroom right after I asked him where the ladies room was⦠I looked at him and proceeded to wash my hands feeling so violated. He immediately walked away without saying a word⦠I notified the lady working at the concession stand and she apologized. I went back into the theater and enjoyed the movie with my husband but was confused and feeling uncomfortable for the rest of the time there. I kept thinking why? Just why would a man want to refill paper towel in the womanās bathroom seconds after a woman ask for bathroom directions? He knew I was there⦠the paper towels could have waited. I was the only woman using the bathroom⦠so many thoughts have crossed my mind. I also took days to decide if I even want to write this review but Im glad I did. Dear Whoever is reading this, please have a talk with the young men working at your establishment. That was disgusting. I know itās a cheap movie theater and all but please train your employees to respect every...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOn Sunday, December 1, 2019. My family and I(Family of 4) stood in a line outside for 20min to approach the service window with an employee with a attitude and a lack of customer service, but continued to purchased tickets for Frozen Spending $20. Then we went to the concession section to only stand in a unorganized, unprofessional atmosphere, which was said to be 3 lines. My family and I waited patiently for our turn all about 20min to only be treated with the worst customer service which was extremely unacceptable. The employee working in the concession decides to take her friend, which was behind me. Once I approached the employee informing her I was next and it was not fair for her to take someone behind me when its my turn. She shoved her shoulders saying whatever and continued to service her friend. I asked for a managers and after spending $75.00 all the manager could offer me was a small box of popcorn. Its truly sad how you cant received decent customer service in the community. I will never visit this low class, lack of customer service, unprofessional location again. This movie theater deserves zero stars, but it wouldn't let me post until I gave it at least 1 star. Very...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThey are no longer $5 itās about $13 for 2 tickets (the latest movies) Nice! They even have free movies for the children and their families at 9:30 in the summermornings (old movies). I guess they can keep the tickets at such a low price because this is an old movie theatre. Itās obvious as there has been no visible upgrades since they opened. Everything has a nostalgic vibe. The hot dogs used be $2 that was great and you could feed the whole family. Now their entire concession stand prices have increased. You would spend the same at another newly renovated movie theater on a Tuesday (member day). Hey Iām not complaining Iām just being observant. The police is always inside and parked outside makes you think itās dangerous. However the police presence is refreshing and makes me feel safe. Iām certain if they ever fully renovate this $6 movie theatre the community would have to pay for it by jacking the prices on everything. This is a hidden gem that support the community. Although you get a nostalgic vibe the place is always clean and no odd smells. Management is on point with the hand they were dealt. So shout out to...
