Went with my mother-in-law to get a dinning room set. We picked out a table that we WERE TOLD was a stone material by Anthony, the store manager (at least that’s what his business card says). When the table was delivered it was the wrong table AND it was made out of some type of plastic material. We try to call the store, but it was hard getting any of our concerns addressed over the phone. We had to physically go back to the store to speak with Anthony again. He then was, very quickly and miraculously, able to let us know when our new table would be delivered.

Second delivery attempt: Before they brought the new table inside they opened it up for me to take a look at. I knocked on it and it was that same plastic material. However after they assembled it with the legs it feels heavy like the one in the store. My husband and I called the store and asked Anthony if the one we saw and felt in the store was actually stone and he completely evading the question. Anthony said that he personally made sure that the table we have now is the one that we saw in the store; but he didn’t answer the question of if the one in the store was made of stone or plastic. Anthony is really slick and grimy, and I wish I had read the many other negative reviews about this place before purchasing from this guy and this company. I give this place NO STARS!! I had to pick one so I could even write this review. Went there and loved a certain bed and couch. Excited to buy! I paid cash that same day and was informed I will get a call to set up delivery fir the following day. Great! NOT! Next day around 2pm still no call. Spent all day on the phone with warehouse and store. Got the run around all day. My couch would take about a week to get. Well this was news to me! Never was informed of that through store. Warehouse manager told me this happens all the time amd store lies to make a sale! Yup..I see that now. Sooo to finish my rant. Store manager did not work with me on anything, wouldn't give refund unless I paid a fee. I was even threatened. I should be thankful hes even talking to me. Well to end all this I picked a different color couch that I hate and waiting for delivery. Smh. When I tell to you not to go here...dont go here! Worst plave ever! Will never go again. I also have reported them to BBB. Take my advise...

Bad customer service from staff. Owner tries to belittle customers. I purchased a sofa set and was called 10 minutes after I drove off to come back. I came in to be informed by the owner, he couldn't order the set because of Chinese New Year. I said that's fine, I'll just get my refund. Now this is when he got beside himself because he offered me a red sectional and I said I didn't like the bonded leather all over and I ordered leather match. He then says if you're not spending 2-3 thousand dollars on the bonded leather its not good anyway and the set you ordered was PLASTIC!!!! .... To be honest I had to laugh..and said can I just get my refund please 😏 so another sales guy that didn't even help me did the return and I paid by debit but he did my return Offline and I had to wait 3 days until my refund posted...BAD BAD SERVICE..ONE STAR FOR GETTING MY...
