Good Evening, I don't like to write bad reviews but this need to be written. Your Employees really need to be more mindful and very careful on how they make their a Customer's smoothie. I ordered a Blueberry Bliss Smoothie. I noticed there were two (2) tickets placed on one (1) blender. I also noticed that doubled sugar was put into the blender along with pineapple and other ingredients. Once that first smoothie was done and poured in the cup, Your Employee using the same blender with the double sugar, pineapple and the other ingredients, put some blueberries, strawberries and a slice of banana in that same blender with the previous ingredients that were mixed. I'm not sure why your Company would mix and use two different smoothie flavors in the same blender and mix all together. That's dangerous especially if someone has an allergic reaction or a medical condition which I have both. I went back and Your Manager there did not give a hoot about what I was talking about. No apology at all, very uncaring and very unconcern. I told him I got an instant headache with all of that sugar and I suffer from migraine headaches and that pineapple I had to monitor the medical condition I have because I cannot eat pineapples. I request my money back but Your Manager told me he had to take a picture of my receipt and I cut him off and told him to make me another one. I frequent your establishment once or twice a week which in turn I will not be visiting any longer since mixing different Smoothies in the same blender is very dangerous. Your Company should not be using the same blender to make multiple Smoothies. The receipt of 1 of _ and I just ordered one (1) Blueberry Bliss Smoothie. Read moreUse to come everyday literally until the staff started showing bad work ethics. Like yesterday I went in for my usual haven’t been in a while. When I arrive the shift leader had the music on blast where I had to end my call, had a staff member basically just walking around touching her arms not in complete uniform behind the counter? Once I ordered my food I explained that I was allergic to salsa and to sub it with something else and what you do you know I end up with salsa!! As I was leaving the shift leader had sarcastic remarks which I ignored and when I called back to the store to let him know of the mistake of course the music was still loud and he really couldn’t hear or know how to get the situation right. All to say whatever they was doing in the beginning they need to go back and real evaluate this so called shift leader! I’ll NEVER BE BACK! Customer service...
Read moreI had a similar experience, I went to one somewhere between Silver Spring and Chevy Chase and I order peanut butter, banana, and granola crunch on flatbread and a mango, strawberry, and banana smoothie. The peanut butter granola crunch was delicious but the smoothie tasted like the fruit that they used wasn't ripped and fresh, it had a bitter taste, but on 04/20/23 yesterday I brought the exact same thing, and I loved the banana, peanut butter crunch but the smoothie I only tasted the mango but no pineapple or strawberry at all but I've gone to other tropical smoothies and was very satisfied with everything, I guess it's who and how the ppls make it and whether or not if they use enough ingredients and the freshness...
