I used to love the Aaron's store. I bought a freezer, 3 televisions, a dryer, 2 washers, a sofa, and a love seat. There are other things I have planned to buy, but the service has gotten so bad that I'm having second thoughts.
When they first put in the Wilmington store, Aaron's was awesome. They changed managers, and it went to pot.
They closed that store because they thought that Hillsboro and Washington Courthouse could handle this area. Wrong! I honestly can't say what the Washington Courthouse store is like, but the Hillsboro store will not be getting any more business from me.
My washer tore up about two or three months ago. When I called them the first time, they ignored me. I called several more times, and after about a month, they sent someone out to look at it. It took several more weeks to get it fixed. (They were unwilling to replace it.)
The repair man said it also needed a new hose for the hot water. He didn't have one with him. I called the store several times over the last few weeks, and never heard back from them. I sent my daughter there today to pick it up. I guess I'll have to get someone else...

I was a customer who has spent thousands with Aaron’s on my last purchase I bought a whole new bedroom suit and which they came and set up the bed incorrectly and the bedframe broke I’ve called for over eight months now I’m trying to get this resolved still paying the $10 a month for the Aaron‘s aftercare and they still have not done anything for me and now my bed is completely ruined they’ve lied and they’ve never contacted me back after contacting them a minimum of 10 times I’ve still not got any help or any calls back I will never be buying from Aaron’s again. What can I say two months later and still not resolved. What a joke. I will be contacting a law for your breach of contract and still charging my aftercare and not taking care of the issue like agreed upon. Highly suggest no one to use...
Read moreAfter receiving a couch we found they were charging us for twice what the couch was worth based on the contract when we asked them to take it back took them a week to collect it then on the day they came to get it we were in another room and they knocked lightly waited less than 2 minutes before driving off. We called the store the driver lied saying he waited longer than he actually did as my children were witnesses, when the driver came back he was rude made comments how he’s passed his clock out time mind you we called them back 2 minutes after the they left due to the paper they left with the time and date on it, took the couch out do the house aggressively and left our door wide open.
