They have comparable prices they are in a convenient location & the evening clerk is very personable & friendly. For all the junk food junkies out there it is the only place that I have seen hostess " suzy-q's " (hopefully I got the spelling right but not sure) in many years. If you dont know what they are it's like having someone pull that plastic texture plastic frosting off your chocolate cupcakes & giving you the cake & creme...

Kind of a dive strip mall location that's in need of serious renovations to both the building facades, as well as the parking lot (parking lot repairs are underway at the time of writing). It is however home to ND PHO which is one of the three best Pho places in Beaverton, as well as rockin wingz, a nice local business with decent selection of wing flavors and jungle fries (like poutine...

This is a small strip type mall. There is a dry cleaners at one end, and a family run convenient store at the other, with a bar, and a few restaurants with different ethnic cuisines mixed in the middle. It's fun to go there if you are looking for variety, or to try...
