Been here twice . First time I spoke to the receptionist whom spoke and understood English very well - made an appointment and when I got here the two ladies there didn't speak English or had a clue about my appointment and pointed me to the massage services list. I stayed the hour and the massage which was less than half decent. They were super gentle with my back and feet and I had to keep asking if she would apply pressure - she kept apologizing. My massage was more of a back rub than a back massage.

I went again during the week as my tendentious was killing me . I called in for an hour foot massage , again spoke to someone who spoke and understood English and told me to be there in 10 min . I was just across the street at Albertson finishing my grocery shopping. When I got there before the 10 min they had already taken in someone who walked in and told me to come back in 20 min. Again they hadn't a clue i made an appointment and told me I didn't call them. When i showed the number I called they said they didn't speak to me. I didn't come back.

There are far better places in the area that offers foot massages for $40/hr , $60/hr on the higher end but you come out feeling like jelly . I had only came here because the distance from home was short.

Skip this place entirely and make the drive else where. This place isnt worth the massage or your time playing around their schedules - they don't know how to keep...

This was a very disappointing experience. The two ladies who met us at the door immediately asked for payment, and could not figure out how to scan my card, and did not speak English well when we asked questions about different service options.

We asked for a hand and foot massage, which is typically done sitting in a chair. They asked us to lay down and then gave me and my sister a very light rub on our arms and legs. There was no technique to their massage. It was not reflexology. Both massage therapists talked the whole time and kept gesturing while they were talking so my massage was not relaxing or consistent. They did not use oils and were rubbing painfully on my arms but they did not understand English so I could not tell them to stop.

They ended the massage 7 minutes early so I got a 23 minute massage and paid $50. It was horrible. I reached out to management to provide feedback and ask for another massage and was repeatedly ignored. I will NEVER go back. They don’t care about...

Today I had a 30 minutes massage,I paid $50 for that, tha chinese lady does not know english,so when I said 30 minutes over, I think my time is over she doesn't understand,I said it twice to her that I paid for 30 minutes, she doesn't understand English,I gave $20 tips, she thought I am going for an hour massage,so she keep on massaging, after a lot confusion I get up and told her I am done, while I was leaving she asks for tips, I understand that she doesn't know any english,I told to call another lady maybe she can understand, another lady also does not know english,so they call their manager,so manager asks me to pay , after 10minutes of conversation I make them clear that nobody knows english so their was a confusion,

I was returning castomer for 3 times,one lady knows me well but she refused it infront of her manager,I am so embarrassed on that situation,

Even the lady massage me was so innocent and nice but my experience today was too worst, I am not...
