Atmosphere was quiet. We had late lunch at about 1:37pm on Wednesday afternoon. There were few patrons there. We came in and was seated promptly. We ordered their phở thố đá-stone bowl phở and Huế style beef noodle. Both dishes were quite salty. Huế style beef noodle lacked the usual red color (from annatto seeds) and spiciness(hot) one would expect from Huế beef noodle soup. There's also a thin layer of fat ontop.😂 overall has a good bold flavor but salty. The phở thố đá with the beef short rib was also on the salty side. The short rib barely had any meat on it except for a small piece attached at the end of the bone. For the price it was a bit stiff with not much meat.😂. My milo shaved ice was not very good. Just not a good drink overall. Milo powder combined with some chocolate sauce? And coconut bits and boba. It was an undesirable drink for me. Overall experience is ok.

Definitely our new favorite Vietnamese spot! The owners were so nice and treat you as though you were family! We ordered the Pork & Shrimp Spring rolls: crisp, refreshing and perfect for summer or if you want something on the lighter side (vegetarian option available also) and a generous amount of meat, peanut sauce wasn’t too sweet either! Bun Bo Hue: full of flavor and such generous portions of meat offered, it came with their homemade chili oil on the side that had a nice kick to it! Bánh Khot: sooo crispy on the outside and shrimp was perfectly tender and juicy inside accompanied by plenty of lettuce wraps and flavorful Nuoc Mam to dip it in. didn’t get a picture of the Shaken Beef because it was so delicious we immediately dug in, the owner said he uses fillet mignon for this dish and you can definitely tell by how tender it was!

We ordered the Bánh Khọt and wow—crispy on the outside, tender inside, and packed with flavor. Wrap them in lettuce with herbs, mango, pickled veggies, and dip in the fish sauce. Super fresh and balanced—crunchy, juicy, tangy, all at once. The drinks were also a hit! I got a refreshing Trà Đác “Okay” and a milk tea with boba. The tea wasn’t overly sweet—perfect to cool down after the meal. The milk tea was creamy, smooth, and had just the right chewiness in the boba. If you’re craving authentic Vietnamese street food flavors with a cozy vibe, this place seriously delivers. 10/10 would go back!

We stopped by yesterday to check out their new drinks and ended up having an amazing meal!

I tried the Pineapple and Palm Seed Fruit Tea, and it was super refreshing. The tea flavor was strong, balanced perfectly with the sweetness of the pineapple—just right, not too sweet.

For food, I had the Red Rice Noodles with Crab, which was something I haven't seen at other places. The broth was incredibly aromatic and packed with flavor. All the toppings tasted fresh, and the whole dish was really filling—definitely a great choice if you're hungry!

I got to try the Bun Bo Hue, and it's easily one of the better ones I've had. The broth was clean, rich, and flavorful with a nice spicy kick. Unlike some places that serve it with an overly oily broth, this one was just right.

Lastly, the Grilled Pork Banh Mi was solid. The pork was super tender and had great flavor, making for a really satisfying bite.

Overall, everything we had was fresh, flavorful, and well-balanced. Definitely worth a visit! We're looking forward in trying other dishes...

My husband and I came back again today at Pho Alley and we both love the new dishes we did not try last time. The bánh Khọt serving with fresh vegetables and the fish sauce is so good. The grilled pork bánh mì is crunchy and delicious. The pandan coffee is pretty and tastes very good. The lovely heart shaped Vietnamese flan is a must try dessert when you visit this restaurant. It’s very smooth and delicious. As always the servers are super friendly and very polite. You will enjoy every dishes here for authentic Vietnamese food.

I have a great dinner with my husband at Pho Alley 11 on 3/7/2025. The foods are delicious, and the staffs are very friendly. When I got Bun Bo Hue, one of the staffs even offered me a scissor to cut the big chunk of meat which was very helpful. It was much easier to cut the meat into smaller pieces with the scissor she gave me. I really enjoyed the food here. I recommend everyone to check out this restaurant. You...
