I ordered a roll of paper from them in February. I was under the impression it would be there quickly, but it took over a month. I ended up buying different paper to get my work done. I intended to come in and buy it anyhow, but I've been really stressed about my senior project- which I'm presenting to my faculty tomorrow morning. This evening a received a call from the guy working there that was very rude, basically saying not to shop at Colors anymore. It took them like a month to get the paper in (or at least contact me about it) but then he was calling all the time. I'm a busy person. A full time student. A double major. Technically I have three jobs and no time to sleep. I still intended to buy the paper anyhow since apparently it's a huge problem for them to just put it in their shop inventory. What a jerk, though. Sorry I had too much going on to pick up paper I didn't need anymore by the time you wanted it. I WILL be taking my business to dick blick, where I am treated with respect and professionalism. Art supplies for the serious artist found here! Things you can't find at Michaels. I needed to spend around $400 on a studio easel and went here to get some guidance. I ended up spending a bit more but only because I opted for a sturdier product with more functions. The person working was named Emerald and she was super helpful, knowledgeable and provided me many options to satisfy what I was seeking. I even got a follow-up call from her asking how i liked the purchase.
