I would like to state that you have lost a customer today. I love your store, but after the way my service dog and I were treated today. We will not be returning. I have brought my service dog in several times to look around and interact, and the ladies have always been so kind. The ladies working here are even more special. I teach children who are blind community travel and Piccolo is a favorite destination. They are so patient as my students practice asking questions and learn how to pay. Even though we never have a lot of money to spend they treat us so kindly regardless. Only thing that upset me was last year one of the employees forced me to hold my service dog because they thought it would distract the kids in the store. Which it wasn't, the kids weren't paying attention me what so ever and my service dog wasn't doing anything wrong. And it wasn't like my dog was just roaming around, it was on a leash.
