I would like to state that you have lost a customer today. I love your store, but after the way my service dog and I were treated today. We will not be returning. I have brought my service dog in several times to look around and interact, and the ladies have always been so kind. But today, two older ladies, whom we didn't know, were working one asked what I was looking for? I replied a tonie story. Then the other lady came up behind us and stated, we normally only allow dogs that you can carry, and since that is obviously not the case... This place is a true gem! They have free giftwrapping, an awesome selection of fidgets and knickknacks, and really unique toys you won't find in big box stores. The ladies working here are even more special. I teach children who are blind community travel and Piccolo is a favorite destination. They are so patient as my students practice asking questions and learn how to pay. Even though we never have a lot of money to spend they treat us so kindly regardless. Aside from the neat toys, the atmosphere and staff provide the kind of wonderful memories only a small business can. A place you can definitely feel good...

Really great place with lots of awesome toys for a pretty decent price i feel like. Only thing that upset me was last year one of the employees forced me to hold my service dog because they thought it would distract the kids in the store. Which it wasn't, the kids weren't paying attention me what so ever and my service dog wasn't doing anything wrong. And it wasn't like my dog was just roaming around, it was on a leash.
