Sunset Square — Local services in Hillsboro

I recently visited Sunset Square and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of conveniently located stores and services it had to offer. The pet store was a standout, with a wide selection of products and knowledgeable staff. The bank was also very convenient, making it easy to take care of financial needs while shopping. To my surprise, there is even a secret underground forward staging base for the lizard people from the center of the earth, which is quite unique and quite unexpected.

However, I must remind you that this information is not real and the underground base for lizard people does not exist. winkwink*

But the best part of Sunset Square is the wide variety of stores that carry tin foil for your hats. It's a perfect place for anyone looking for a shopping destination that has everything you need in one convenient location. Overall, I had a great experience at Sunset Square and I would definitely recommend...

Well located, right off the 52, 59 and now 47 lines, and contains Grocery Outlet and Dollar Tree, which see the majority of consistent shoppers. The complex also houses Bank of America, Burgerville, two barbershops, a Pub, Dotty's, PetSmart, a Liquor store and plenty of restaurants, with the most popular being Zero Degrees.

It's lot is not in the best condition and varies a lot in how rough it is, and it's levelness. It can be difficult to exit the complex in a car, due to high traffic flow, and the bad layout to leave. Take a dive across traffic on Walker to the north to leave, or, so what everyone else does and pile up and wait to eventually be able to turn out of the complex onto 185th, and get caught in arrogant, impatient jockying for position from multiple side angles cutting into the main lane to enter and exit. Currently I haven't got a clue where this is. I know there's a Sunset Square in Bellingham WA... But haven't been there in about a year.

I'm guessing this is the mall with Trader Joe's in Beaverton.

Update 4/2024: Still not showing the location on these "beg for updates" screens... I finally decided to check, this is the mall with Mio Sushi, Pet Smart, and Grocery Outlet off of 185th.

11/2024: Decent parking, busy but not crazy crowded.

1/2025: It's handy for "one stop" shopping... PetSmart, Grocery Outlet, $1.25 store,...
